2. Types of cookies we use
Essential cookies
Strictly necessary for the website and platform to work. They enable core features such as page navigation, security (including Cloudflare bot protection), load balancing and access to secure areas. You cannot opt out of essential cookies because the service would not function without them.
Session cookies
Session cookies keep you signed in to the Vehicle Handover platform while you use the application. They are temporary and are deleted when you close your browser or log out. Session cookies are required to maintain your authenticated state and protect your account.
Analytics cookies
We use self-hosted Ninelytics analytics on our marketing website to understand how visitors find us, which pages they read, and which campaigns lead to sign-ups. Analytics runs on analytics.vehiclehandover.com and helps us measure page views, referral sources, UTM campaign tags, revenue trends and conversion goals. We do not use this analytics on the driver handover app.
Ninelytics may store a first-party visitor identifier in your browser (local storage and a short-lived cookie) so we can attribute sign-ups and Stripe checkout back to the marketing page or campaign that referred you. It does not build advertising profiles or sell data to third parties.

- Ninelytics (analytics.vehiclehandover.com) — self-hosted analytics on our marketing website only.

5. How to manage cookie preferences
- Browser settings: most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Check your browser's help section for instructions. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the website or platform from working.
